BIF have a very successful portfolio of Police Custody Suite Resin Flooring projects, across the UK.

 

We provide a complete installation service for Main Contractors working on behalf of Police Authorities, or for working directly  with Police Authority Property Surveyors

Based in Retford, Nottinghamshire we work on industrial and commercial projects throughout the UK, but secure accommodation projects have become a speciality, over almost the last 30 years; with secure accommodation, driven by increased facilities in  mental healthcare; with Police Custody projects developing over the last 10 years.

  • Service – We provide a complete repair and refurbishment package for existing property ; including underfloor heating repairs, floor crack repair, drainage modification and wall finishes, all completed by our directly employed installation teams.

  • Experience – We can provide a list of completed projects on request, but we've successfully refurbished 3 large Custody Suites and 5 major project newbuild Custody Suites. All projects have been completed without any reported defect developing.
