BIF Services has been a specialist resin flooring installation company for over 40 years. We provide Industrial, Commercial & Public Sectors with innovative, high performance seamless resin surfacing, which improve busy spaces by improving safety, raising hygiene and protecting inerior surfaces.

Nottinghamshire

Over 300m2 of resin floor finishes to a new college have been completed by BIF, including a decorative flake system to the Atrium and a slip resistant finish to a Laboratory.

Works continue to refurbish an historic Mill, with nearly 3000m2 of spray applied reinforced wall coatings and 600m2 of flexible resin flooring completed, giving the Mill the latest in hygienic finishes but maintaining the internal charactor of the building.

BIF EP Quartz has been installed at the new Halifax Bus Station.

The system provides excellent slip resistance, good aesthetics and high levels of durability for 1000m2 Concourse areas.

BIF Resin Floor in a Food Process factory

Warwickshire

Our work on this 6,500m2 food process factory is now complete. Fibre Reinforced Polymer Modified Screeds, finished with a 3mm thick flexible polyurethane slip resistant finish.

Humberside

BIF have completed the repair and refurbishment of a 40 Cell Police Custody Suite.

Our work, which started in 2019, became delayed due to Covid restrictions, but recommenced in September 2022.

BIF repaired or replaced over 400m2 of underfloor heated screed and resurfaced over 750m2 of floor and wall finishes with safe and seamless decorative epoxy screeds and renders.

Derbyshire

BIF completed seamless epoxy self flowing screeds in a new Pharmaceutical R&D facility.

Covering over 700m2 the floor system we provided was designed to be easy to clean & to provide high levels of durability.

NE Lincolnshire

BIF completed floor level modifications and safety line marking works at a major transport facility on behalf of GMI Construction, in a major new locomotive manufacturing & repair facility.

Works were completed on time & on budget.

London

Far below the streets of London, BIF have installed over 2000m2 of 2mm thick, flexible polyurethane resin, to provide durable, slip resistant and hygienic working surfaces.

The site, a set of disused Underground Railway Tunnels, have been transformed to become a major site for Vertical Farming, using the constant warmth of underground sites for growing salads under artificial lighting.

Nottinghamshire

Correctly treating surfaces is critical to success and our team refurbished an older Custody Suite with a flexible polyurethane resin screed finish, improving the aesthetics and performance of the original asphalt floor.

Our work, on behalf of Lindum Group was completed on time.

Flexible polyurethane resins provide a seamless floor, which is noise suppressing and soft underfoot.
