Refurbishment
BIF have completed numerous refurbishments in existing Custody Suites. As part of our work, all required crack repairs completed before we installed new floor and wall finishes,  and the effectiveness of those repairs completed are testament to the skill and knowledge of our team.

An initial conditions survey of a facility is made by a member of our management team. Although works can be completed with the facility remaining operational (generally by closing a wing at a time), work is completed more quickly, and with less disruption, if the facility plans a shutdown. BIF will always agree and provide a programme which clearly shows the duration for the work.
 
Some Custody Suites have underfloor heating and where defects have occurred, we carefully remove defective areas of screed around heating pipework and reinstate; if necessary completely removing and reinstating the screed as part of the scope.
 
Existing facilities with Asphalt floors can also be refurbished without the need for uplifting the existing floor finish. By careful preparation and some additional reinforcement, we can overlay the existing finish with a robust, flexible resin system.

Regardless of the condition of a Custody Suite, our team can reconstruct floor and wall surfaces with extremely durable, hygienic and attractive finishes to provide a long term and effective refurbishment.
