How We Can Help
One of the most important elements in our work is to understand your needs and matching those needs, with a system capable of performing in the given environment.
Newbuild projects; we work with designers to advise on suitable substrates and sequencing. We also confirm correct detailing (expansion joints, dressing around columns & perimeter edge detailing) to ensure a successful project installation.
Refurbishment projects; we will closely examine the condition of existing surfaces, assessing the compatibility of surfaces and highlighting any repairs or modifications needed. These will form part of our complete project costs, with items clearly itemised in our proposal to you.
There may be several types of system suitable, so we'll provide clear costs, with available options, for your consideration and on request, provide samples for your evaluation/testing.
On your instruction, we then plan the work with you, working to minimise site disruption; our own installation teams then install the project, while our Management Team continue to support you right through to completion. We'll remain in contact, to provide a complete defects liability and post-contract support service.
