We include concrete repair as part of our scope, so if your floor shows signs of cracking, wear or damage, our team will stabilise the surface before any resin is applied so that your new floor finish takes daily use for years to come.

Our two-part, water-based coloured epoxy coatings provide an entry point to advanced industrial floor coatings systems.
Floor paint comes in many forms, but our two-part water-based epoxy coatings deliver fantastic durability and are incredibly hard wearing when used in the right environments and particularly suited to new build projects.
Water-based industrial floor coatings are water-miscible, which means they can be applied on freshly poured concrete surfaces, without the expense of a DPM Primer, or waiting for the concrete to dry sufficiently. These coatings allow dampness to breath from new concrete.
Offering outstanding durability with foot traffic, a correctly applied coating will support hygiene and prevent dust proliferation, often seen in areas with bare concrete surfaces.
BIF provide full mechanical surface preparation, removing laitence and all other surface contamination. Very large areas can be prepared and installed within just a couple of days, meaning low cost installations are possible on larger areas of 1000m2+.
BIF provide a 12 month warranty on this type of industrial floor coating.

BIF - EP - Coat HB
High Build Coatings are the next step up from water-based coatings, providing additional durability and a thicker, smoother surface layer.
They're also solvent free, allowing installation whilst production continues in adjacent areas. Where slip resistance may be an issue High Build Coatings can be installed with an added fine aggregate to increase under foot traction.
These systems need a dry substrate, with a maximum 75%RH. Readings taken above these levels should require either a surface chemical DPM Primer, or use of a water-based epoxy (see above), however BIF will provide advice on suitability.

From High Build Coatings, thicker systems are available with a choice of;
BIF-P-Flex (a flexible polyurethane resin finish),
BIF-EP-Flow (a rigid epoxy 2mm thick finish)
BIF-EP-Grip Eco (which adds slip resistance) all provide additional durability and a thicker, smoother surface layer.
Increasing the thickness of the floor finish chosen may also improve the flatness of a floor, but we will engineer your existing floor (if cracked, uneven, worn or corroded) and would suggest you see our Engineered Surfaces page which shows how we can flatten and repair most surfaces before installing a suitable floor finish.
