Why Resin systems work in these environments
Often seen as a viable and safer alternative to ceramic tiles, resin screeds and renders have proved ideal for use in tough environments such as showers, toilets, kitchens & serveries.
Hygienic wall cladding systems are equally approved and we have installed these systems in food preparation and other hygiene areas to give a wipe down, fully bonded surface.
BIF can also apply resin screed mixes as wall renders, so where vandalism or attempts to self harm is likely to occur, the tough, impervious and decorative floor finish can be dressed up the wall (to ceiling height) to provide an incredibly strong, damage resistant solution.

Significantly we do not employ sub-contractors at any stage of these works, so our own staff complete each installation from start to finish. Once our team have been security cleared, the same people complete the work, so on long term, phased refurbishment our clients have an unchanging team of installers, fewer CRO clearances to process and a level of accountability difficult to achieve by any other method.

New developments in resin systems now allow us to install flexible, noise absorbing resin self flowing screeds which are entirely seamless and can abut uneven wall bases to provide a neater, safer alternative to linoleum or vinyl finishes.
